Silver Ships expands to second location in Theodore

Silver Ships, a locally owned and operated seafood restaurant, is expanding to a second location in Theodore, Alabama.

The new location will be at 6500 Airport Boulevard, in the Theodore Plaza shopping center. It will be the company's second location, after their original restaurant in Daphne. The Theodore location is expected to open in early 2023.

Details about the new location

The new Silver Ships location will be approximately 2,500 square feet and will have seating for about 100 guests. The menu will be the same as the Daphne location, featuring a variety of fresh seafood dishes, including grilled fish, fried shrimp, and oysters. The restaurant will also have a full bar with a wide selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Silver Ships is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Daphne community for over 20 years. The owners, Lee and Lori Silver, are excited to expand their business to Theodore.

"We are excited to bring Silver Ships to Theodore," said Lee Silver. "We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from the Daphne community, and we are looking forward to serving the Theodore community as well."

The Theodore location of Silver Ships is expected to create about 25 new jobs.
